We are continuing to provide our essential service to the wildlife in our community, but we are taking additional precautions to keep all of us safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you are planning to bring us an injured or orphaned wild animal, we are deferring to email as our preferred method of contact so that staff can monitor both from the facility and from home. Please email us at with any questions or to set up a drop-off time. Once you arrive at our facility, we ask that you remain in your car and call us at (630) 365-3800 so that a staff member can come out and collect the animal. If possible, keep the animal in a disposable container that you do not want back.

At this time, monetary donations via our PayPal are greatly appreciated, but supply donations are not urgently needed.

As a reminder, we do not provide any trapping or removal services, and we do not have the staff or volunteer power to go off-site to perform rescues.

Public education programs are cancelled until further notice.

We appreciate your patience as our limited staff continues to work hard to provide the high-quality care that we are known for.
